At our Grafton, Ohio office, you will find a clean, comfortable space with several notable amenities. When you step through the door, you will be greeted by the master desk — a large L-shaped workspace from which several individuals can work. With this in mind, we have also provided a pair of comfortable chairs in addition to the main swivel desk chair. This desk comes equipped with filing cabinets and cupboards directly behind it, furnishing plenty of storage space for the entire office. While some basic office supplies will be provided, each renter is asked to bring their own paper, pens and other necessary items. Your supplies can then be stored for your convenience in one of the many cabinets, for future use.
To the left of the master desk, and to the right of a private bathroom, there is a small, round table with comfortable seating for four, which can serve as a lunch table, small conference space or additional workspace, if need be. The office also includes a miniature refrigerator, water cooler, and a microwave — in addition to a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of different flavors of coffees. Plates, cups, napkins, plasticware, and menus for local restaurants are also provided for your convenience.
Finally, there are two comfortable armchairs in the far corner of the room, directly beside the window. This window provides a view of the street, as well as excellent natural lighting to the entire room. On cloudy days, there is bright overhead lighting, as well as a strong fan which can help ventilate the room on warm and humid days. The office is also air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. The entire office is covered in attractive hardwood-like flooring, providing a comfortable and professional setting for meeting clients or conferencing with co-workers. And, for your security, the office has an alarm system. Each renter will need to provide a 4-digit code that can be entered into the system.
The overall rental cost includes the cost of utilities and DSL internet service.
